Maintaining Warner Stone products is easy. All you need is a damp cloth and some warm water with a cleaning product that is pH neutral to keep it looking new. Our products have a smooth and glossy surface that does not require polishing or sealing because they are non-porous.
Warner Stone products are designed for interior use only. Exposure to direct sunlight or weather may result in discoloration or damage over time, and therefore, is not covered by our warranty.
To prevent damage to the Warner Stone surface, avoid using sharp objects on it. It’s better to use cutting boards or plates while preparing food instead of doing it directly on the Warner Stone surface. This will not only prevent damages to the benchtop, but also to your kitchen appliances or implements.
Protect your Warner Stone product from damages by avoiding placing hot pots directly on it. While our products can resist high heat, sudden temperature changes or thermal shock can cause harm, especially to the edges. It’s best to use heat-resistant mats or trivets to keep your product safe.
Using harsh chemicals or solvents like oven cleaners with high pH levels can cause permanent damage to the surface. Don’t use products containing trichloroethane or methylene chloride. If any harmful substances come into contact with the surface, rinse it immediately with water.
We offer additional finishes for our products, including matte and textured options. These finishes work just as well as our polished collections. However, they may need more maintenance to retain their optimal appearance due to the less smooth finishes. It’s best to clean up any spills or stains right away and use a clean cloth to avoid getting dirt or oils on the surface.
